Best solution for a website

Hi guys,

I have to create a website where ppl can register and say what kind of job they usually do, so other users can search for a specific category and find out who can help them.
Is there any platform that can be useful for my problem?

I usually create websites with Joomla, but maybe there is sth ready for my problem
